My Mission

At Love Your Mind Therapy, My mission is to empower clients to understand themselves more deeply, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a nurturing environment where clients can reconnect with their values, heal from past wounds, and cultivate lasting well-being.

Theoretical Frameworks

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). This framework supports clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive cognitions, enhancing emotion regulation, and addressing trauma-related symptoms. Treatment is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each client’s individual needs to promote measurable progress and sustainable psychological well-being.

I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), which has strengthened my ability to provide trauma-informed care and support clients in processing and healing from difficult experiences. Through this certification, I’ve gained specialized skills in understanding the complex impact of trauma on the brain and body, integrating evidence-based interventions to promote safety, regulation, and resilience in my clients’ lives.

I am also currently pursuing certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and working toward becoming a Certified Mental Health Nutrition Specialist (CMHNS). Combining these approaches allows me to address mental health from a holistic perspective—integrating thoughts, behaviors, and physical well-being to create more effective and sustainable treatment outcomes.
