At Love Your Mind Therapy LLC, My mission is to empower clients to understand themselves more deeply, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a nurturing environment where clients can reconnect with their values, heal from past wounds, and cultivate lasting well-being.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). This framework supports clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive cognitions, enhancing emotion regulation, and addressing trauma-related symptoms. Treatment is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each client’s individual needs to promote measurable progress and sustainable psychological well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based form of therapy that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. By identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and learning practical strategies to change them, CBT supports individuals in reducing anxiety, improving mood, and building healthier coping skills. It’s goal-oriented, collaborative, and focused on empowering people with tools they can use long after therapy ends.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a compassionate, skills-based approach that helps people navigate intense emotions and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. It combines mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and communication skills to create a sense of balance and stability. DBT supports you in understanding your feelings without judgment and gives you practical tools to cope, connect, and move through life with greater confidence and resilience.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a supportive, evidence-based trauma therapy that helps individuals gently explore and heal the impact of past traumatic experiences. CPT guides you in understanding how trauma has shaped your beliefs about yourself, others, and the world, and offers tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Through this process, people often find relief from painful emotions, gain clarity and self-compassion, and begin to feel safer, more empowered, and more connected in their daily lives.

My studies emphasized supporting child and family well-being across diverse populations, preparing me for roles that bridge education, advocacy, and relationship-based work.

I am a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP), which has strengthened my ability to provide trauma-informed care and support clients in processing and healing from difficult experiences. Through this certification, I’ve gained specialized skills in understanding the complex impact of trauma on the brain and body, integrating evidence-based interventions to promote safety, regulation, and resilience in my clients’ lives.
I am also currently pursuing certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and working toward becoming a Certified Mental Health Nutrition Specialist (CMHNS). Combining these approaches allows me to address mental health from a holistic perspective—integrating thoughts, behaviors, and physical well-being to create more effective and sustainable treatment outcomes.
